We collect only what is needed to process adult product orders and support: contact email, phone, shipping address, order contents, and payment status from our processors. We do not sell personal data.

What we store

• Order details and shipping address for fulfillment and warranty
• Age-gate acknowledgment timestamp in your browser (local)
• Cart, wishlist, and recently viewed items in your browser (local)
• Payment tokens/references via PayPal — we do not store full card numbers on our servers

Discreet handling

Packaging is unmarked. We avoid adult product names on outer labels. Email subjects aim to stay neutral (order references, not explicit product names) where systems allow.

Your rights

Request access or deletion of account/order personal data by emailing us. We retain order records as required for accounting, fraud prevention, and chargeback defense. hello@sendoll.com
